Residents Submit.

Your residents submit reports on Urbeo™ with east. They can report potholes, graffiti or other requests. Urbeo works from via computer or mobile devices.

Cities Track.

View all your cities open and resolved reports from a centralized back end which uses Google account for access so there's no need to remember yet another password.

Cities Resolve.

Send your crews out using the google maps interface on the back end to plot the most efficient route possible. The ability to see all the reports from a centralized map will help increase efficiency.

Reporting.

Let your citizens know the job is done. Changing any report to a resolved status will automatically email the person who reported it allowing you to easily close the loop, and let your citizens know their reports matter.
